- Select, target, and monitor quality indicators across the total testing process (Clause 8.8.2)
- Design a risk-based internal audit programme with trained, independent auditors (Clause 8.8.3)
- Conduct audits using interview, observation, and record-review evidence techniques
- Track audit findings through correction, corrective action, and verified closure
- Understand the accreditation assessment process and how to maintain accreditation over time
