What you’ll learn
- Identify nonconformities from any source and react with immediate containment and escalation
- Apply root-cause analysis techniques including 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, and fault tree analysis
- Determine whether corrective action is warranted through reasoned, documented evaluation
- Implement root-cause-targeted corrective actions with clear ownership, resourcing, and communication
- Review corrective action effectiveness against pre-established criteria, reopening ineffective actions
- Maintain complete CAPA records supporting audit evidence and trend analysis over time
